This Low Carb Pesto, Tomato & Mozzarella Pizza is the perfect light and flavorful meal for when you have those pizza cravings. It is so easy to make and tastes absolutely delicious. You will want this low carb pizza in your regular meal rotation.

What You Need:
- Cauliflower Pizza Thin – I use OuterAisle (code: TBB gets you 10% off)
- Pesto
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Fresh Tomatoes
- Arugula

Let’s Make Low Carb Pizza:
- The first step is to get the cauliflower thin crispy. You can do this in the air fryer (my favorite way) or in the oven. Preheat the air fryer to 400′ and place the cauliflower pizza thin in the basket. Cook for 3 minutes. (oven instructions in recipe card)
- Spread with a layer of pesto and then top with fresh tomato and mozzarella slices. Cook another 3 – 4 minutes until cheese is just melted. Remove from air fryer.
- Top with some fresh arugula and dot with some more pesto. Sprinkle with fresh cracked black pepper, slice and enjoy!

- 1/2 Tomato sliced
- 3 slices Fresh Mozarella sliced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Arugula
- 2 Tbls Pesto
Instructions

Notes
Oven Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425′ and place a baking rack on top of a baking sheet
Place the cauliflower pizza thin on the baking rack and bake for 5 minutes
Spread with a layer of pesto and then top with fresh tomato and mozzarella slices. Cook another 3 – 4 minutes until cheese is just melted
Remove from oven. Top with some fresh arugula and dot with some more pesto. Sprinkle with fresh cracked black pepper, slice and enjoy!
