Keto Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan Meatballs
These Keto Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan Meatballs are the most delicious low carb appetizer or snack. They are crispy on the outside, tender in the middle and absolutely packed with flavor! Dip them in your favorite sugar free marinara for the perfect bite.

What You Need:
- Ground Chicken
- Pork Rinds – these are ground up to make a ‘breadcrumb’ for the meatball
- Grated Parmesan Cheese – I like to buy fresh grated parm for the best flavor
- Parsley
- Garlic Powder
- Pepper Flakes
- Italian Seasoning
- Salt
- Marinara Sauce – Rao’s is my favorite sugar free marinara

Let’s Make Chicken Parmesan Meatballs:
- The first step is to turn the pork rinds into a breadcrumb. Add the pork rinds to your food processor and grind until they are a breadcrumb like texture.
- Add the ground chicken to a large bowl with the pork rind breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients (except marinara).
- Use hands to thoroughly mix the ingredients together. Then use a cookie dough scoop to scoop out the ground chicken mixture and use hands to roll into balls.
- Place the meatballs in an even layer in your air fryer basket (might have to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer) Cook at 375′ for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through – internal temp should be 165′
- Top with fresh parsley and serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
