Low Carb Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie
This Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie is my favorite low carb way to start the day when I want something refreshing. It is loaded with high quality protein to fuel your body and keep you full. The blueberries add just the right amount of sweetness to this delicious smoothie.

What You Need:
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Frozen Blueberries
- Plain Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
- Bone Broth Protein Powder – or low carb protein powder of choice
- Spinach
- Optional Add-Ins
- 1/2 an avocado – this will add fat (good for keto) and creaminess
- chia seeds – sprinkle on top
- hemp hearts – sprinkle on top
- 1 tsp nut butter
- Fresh mint for a cocktail inspired flavor

Most smoothies have a ton of fruit and not enough quality protein. This can leave you still feeling hungry afterwards and even spike your blood sugar. This low carb blueberry yogurt smoothie has the protein from both the Greek Yogurt and protein powder to keep your body satiated. It also uses a lower glycemic fruit like blueberries to add just the right amount of sweetness without the sugar crash afterwards. You will love this yummy breakfast to start your morning!
