Keto + Whole30 Thyme Roasted Radishes

These beautiful, perfectly Thyme Roasted Radishes are a delicious Whole30 and Keto side dish. Serve them alongside your favorite protein for a wonderful, healthy meal. These are sure to be one of your new favorite low carb sides!

What You Need:
- Fresh Radishes
- Fresh Thyme
- Avocado Oil – can also use olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Baking Sheet

Let’s Cook:
- Preheat the oven to 425′ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Cut radishes off of the stems and thoroughly wash and dry them
- Cut them in half and add them to a mixing bowl. Toss with oil, fresh thyme, salt and pepper
- Spread out evenly on the baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through
- Serve with your favorite protein and enjoy!
