What You Need

This recipe only calls for a few simple ingredients and it is really easy to put together.

  • Mayo – you can use your preferred brand but I love and use Dukes
  • Honey – this adds the perfect sweetness to the sauce and creates a perfect balance with the spice
  • Lime Juice – I love citrus in slaw and the lime juice is so nice with the southwestern flavors of cilantro and jalapeño
  • Hot Sauce – Frank’s Red Hot is what I use, you can use any brand
  • Bag of Coleslaw Mix – this is just the veggies and can be found in the refrigerated section of the produce
  • Cilantro
  • Red Onion
  • Jalapeno
  • Salt & Pepper

So good and such a nice flavor change from regular slaw! Made this for a whole30 dinner so we skipped the honey, and used onion powder instead of red onion. Hubby asked for seconds! ❤
