Creamy, crunchy and kicked up, this Spicy Southwestern Coleslaw will be your new favorite side dish. It is so easy to throw together but it is absolutely loaded with flavor, it’s the perfect summer recipe.

What You Need
This recipe only calls for a few simple ingredients and it is really easy to put together.
- Mayo – you can use your preferred brand but I love and use Dukes
- Honey – this adds the perfect sweetness to the sauce and creates a perfect balance with the spice
- Lime Juice – I love citrus in slaw and the lime juice is so nice with the southwestern flavors of cilantro and jalapeño
- Hot Sauce – Frank’s Red Hot is what I use, you can use any brand
- Bag of Coleslaw Mix – this is just the veggies and can be found in the refrigerated section of the produce
- Cilantro
- Red Onion
- Jalapeno
- Salt & Pepper

So good and such a nice flavor change from regular slaw! Made this for a whole30 dinner so we skipped the honey, and used onion powder instead of red onion. Hubby asked for seconds! ❤
