What You Need
- Fresh Cauliflower
- Heavy Cream
- Butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Parsley (optional)

Recipe Notes
- I get the smoothest cauliflower using the food processor, but if you don’t have one, you could use a regular potato masher or high powered blender
- The amount of liquid needed will vary based on the size of the cauliflower, so start with less and then you can always add more as needed
- Optional Add-Ins
- Add in 1-2 TBLS of cream cheese for a thicker consistency and added tangy flavor
- Top with shredded cheese, bacon and chives for a ‘loaded potato’ style side dish
- Roast some garlic in the oven and add to the processor for creamy garlic cauliflower mash
