Keto + Whole30 Thyme Roasted Radishes

These beautiful, perfectly Thyme Roasted Radishes are a delicious Whole30 and Keto side dish. Serve them alongside your favorite protein for a wonderful, healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches Radishes
  • 1 Tbls Avocado Oil
  • 2 tsp Fresh Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425' and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Cut radishes off of the stems and thoroughly wash and dry them
    Cut them in half and add them to a mixing bowl
    Toss with oil, fresh thyme, salt and pepper
  • Spread out evenly on the baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through
    Taste for seasoning
    Serve with your favorite protein and enjoy!
