Gluten Free Peanut Butter Protein Bites

These peanut butter protein bites are gluten free and so yummy! They taste like dessert but give you a boost of protein. Enjoy them after a workout or when you need a sweet treat. Everyone in the family is sure to want this snack.

What You Need:
- Gluten Free Oats – we use Bob’s Red Mill old fashioned oats
- Peanut Butter
- Honey – can also use maple syrup
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- Gluten Free Chocolate Chips – we love Enjoy Life
- Sea Salt

Let’s Make Protein Bites:
- Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and use rubber spatula to fully combine
- Use small cookie dough scoop to scoop out mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet
- Roll into balls and place the baking sheet in the fridge to chill the bites for at least 15-20 minutes to let them firm up
- Then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or the freezer for up to 3 months

These gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip protein bites are the perfect snack
Ingredients
- 1 cup Gluten Free Oats
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter creamy
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
