I love granola, it is the perfect crunchy snack. But most of the store bought ones are either loaded with sugar or are way too expensive. It is so easy to make your own and you can customize it to your liking. I buy bulk ingredients on sale and then make large batches of this paleo granola to have ready for the family.
Don’t be afraid to shop in the bulk section at your local grocery store. You can get nuts, coconut, seeds and more. It is a great way to save money. Buy extra to make your own nut milk or have on hand as a snack! I like to bring my own mesh bags to fill up when I go.
I use my biggest cookie baking sheet so that I have room to spread it all out and let it crispy and crunchy. I definitely recommend using either parchment paper or a silicone mat to make for easy clean up. And then I love to store the granola in glass containers in the pantry. I also use them to store the extra nuts and seeds. Shop my favorites….
