This Healthy Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl is the perfect light and refreshing breakfast on a warm day. You can customize it with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, homemade granola, shredded coconut or whatever your heart desires. You definitely want this delicious smoothie bowl in your regular breakfast rotation!

What You Need:

  • Frozen Strawberries
  • Frozen Bananas
  • Coconut Water – can also use milk of choice
  • Toppings
  • Optional Add-Ins

Let’s Make Smoothies:

  1. Add the frozen strawberries and bananas to the blender with the coconut water and blend until smooth. You might need to add a little more coconut water as needed to thin it out enough to blend, but you want it thicker than a normal smoothie
  2. This is when you can blend in any add-ins that you might want – like protein powder or flax seed
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh strawberry and banana slices, granola and shredded coconut

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 cup Frozen Bananas
  • 1 cup Coconut Water or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Strawberries sliced for topping
  • 1 Fresh Banana sliced for topping
  • 1/4 cup Paleo Granola
  • 2 Tbls Shredded Coconut

Instructions
