Cake Batter Protein Bites

These Cake Batter Protein Bites are the perfect healthy treat. They taste like the batter you just want to lick off of the spoon, but with better-for-you ingredients. You will love having these on hand for when you need a protein packed snack.

What You Need:
- Oat Flour – made by grinding GF oats in the food processor
- Vanilla Protein Powder – I use Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Bone Broth Protein
- Cashew Butter
- Maple Syrup – can also use honey
- Vanilla Extract
- Sea Salt
- Sprinkles

Let’s Make Protein Bites:
- Add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and use rubber spatula to fully combine (might seem dry at first, but give it a second)
- Use small cookie dough scoop to scoop out 9 balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Use hands to roll into smooth balls
- Let sit in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to firm up
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge

*you can make your own oat flour by grinding 1 cup of gluten free oats in the food processor until it becomes a flour-like consistency. You can also find already made oat flour in most grocery stores
