This refreshing and delicious mango salsa is made with only a few ingredients, but really packs in the flavor. Enjoy it with chips or serve it over your favorite protein for a healthy meal. This sweet and spicy salsa will be your new favorite condiment!

What You Need:

  • Mango
  • Red Onion
  • Jalapeno
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Salt

Let’s Make Mango Salsa:

  1. Add the cubed mango to a mixing bowl along with the red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over and add the salt, stir to combine
  3. For best flavor, let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving

Recipe Notes:

  • This mango salsa would be fantastic with my Air Fryer Blackened Salmon!
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days

  • 2 Mangoes cubed
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion diced

  • 3 Tbls Lime Juice 1-2 limes
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
