This refreshing and delicious mango salsa is made with only a few ingredients, but really packs in the flavor.

2 Mangoes cubed 1/4 cup Red Onion diced 1 Jalapeno seeded & diced 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped 3 Tbls Lime Juice 1-2 limes 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Add the cubed mango to a mixing bowl along with the red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro
Squeeze the lime juice over and add the salt, stir to combine
For best flavor, let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving
