These Cake Batter Protein Bites are the perfect healthy treat. They taste like the batter you just want to lick off of the spoon, but with better-for-you ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Oat Flour*
  • 1/2 cup Cashew Butter
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbls Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and use rubber spatula to fully combine (might seem dry at first, but give it a second)
    Use small cookie dough scoop to scoop out 9 balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet Use hands to roll into smooth balls
    Let sit in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to firm up
    Store in an airtight container in the fridge

Notes

*you can make your own oat flour by grinding 1 cup of gluten free oats in the food processor until it becomes a flour-like consistency. You can also find already made oat flour in most grocery stores
