Easy Low Carb Tuna Salad

This Easy Low Carb Tuna Salad is one of my favorite quick and healthy meals. It is super simple but full of flavor. This low carb and low fat salad is great to meal prep for the week ahead! Enjoy as a low carb sandwich, over fresh greens or with your favorite crackers.

What You Need:
- Canned Tuna – I love Wild Planet Wild Caught Albacore
- Celery
- Red Onion
- Plain Non-fat Greek Yogurt – can also use mayo if preferred
- Parsley – can also add other herbs (chives and dill are also great additions)
- Salt & Pepper

Let’s Make Tuna Salad:
- Add ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix to combine
- Taste and add salt and pepper as needed
- Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator

- 2 cans Wild Caught Tuna
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt plain; non-fat (can also use mayo)
- 2 Tbls Celery diced
- 2 Tbls Red Onion diced
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions
