- Greens – I like romaine lettuce for this salad, but arugula would be great too!
- Marinated Greek Chicken
- Feta Cheese
- Greek Tzatziki Sauce
- Quick Pickled Red Onions
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Fresh Dill
- Fresh Cracked Pepper

Let’s Make Salad:
- This recipe is more about assembling. If you make the different components ahead of time, you will have a delicious meal in no time at all!
- Prepare the Marinated Greek Chicken, Pickled Red Onions and Greek Tzatziki in advance.
- Then layer the greens in the bottom of your bowl and top with sliced chicken, fresh tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, pickled onions, crumbled feta, tzatziki and fresh dill.
- Season the salad with fresh cracked pepper over top
