This Greek Tzatziki Sauce is so creamy and flavorful, you will want to put it on everything. The lemon and dill are so bright and lovely. Enjoy it with a big Greek salad or as a dip for fresh veggies and your favorite crackers.

    What You Need:

    • Greek Yogurt
    • English Cucumber
    • Garlic
    • Fresh Dill

    • Pepper
Greek chicken salad with fresh dill, pickled onion, cherry tomatoes, Greek tzatziki sauce, feta and cucumber in a ceramic serving dish

    Let's Make Greek Tzatziki Sauce:

    1. The first step in this recipe is to prepare the cucumbers. Finely dice the cucumber, then place it in a strainer sitting over a bowl and sprinkle 1 tsp salt over the top. Let sit for 30 minutes and then squeeze as much of the water out of the cucumber as you can
    2. Add the Greek Yogurt to a mixing bowl along with the strained cucumber and stir to combine
    3. Then add in the lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic. Mix well and then add sea salt and pepper to taste
    4. Chill for 30 minutes to an hour before serving

    Recipe Notes:

    • Serve this in a salad as the dressing - so good when paired with my Marinated Greek Chicken
    • Use it as a dip with fresh veggies and pita
    • Add it to a wrap with my Marinated Greek Chicken
    • This will keep in the fridge for up to a week
