1.5cupsPlain Greek Yogurt
1/2English Cucumber finely diced
1cloveGarlicminced
2TblsFresh Dill
1tspLemon Zestabout 1 small lemon
2TblsLemon Juiceabout 1 small lemon

Instructions
The first step in this recipe is to prepare the cucumbersFinely dice the cucumber, then place it in a strainer sitting over a bowl and sprinkle 1 tsp salt over the topLet sit for 30 minutes and then use your hands to squeeze as much of the water out of the cucumber as you can
Add the Greek Yogurt to a mixing bowl along with the strained cucumber and stir to combine
Then add in the lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic. Mix well and then add sea salt and pepper to tasteChill for 30 minutes to an hour before serving
