Easy Baked Paleo BBQ Chicken Wings

These Easy Baked Paleo BBQ Chicken Wings are the perfect appetizer or snack for any get together. The wings are baked to crispy perfection and then tossed in my delicious Paleo Sweet & Tangy BBQ Sauce. You will want to double the recipe, because they are sure to be a hit!

What You Need:
- Chicken Wing Sections – wings & drums
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Paprika
- Avocado Oil Spray
- Sweet & Tangy Paleo BBQ Sauce
- Baking Sheet
- Baking Rack

Let’s Make Wings:
- Pre-heat your oven to 425′ and line your baking sheet with foil. Then set the baking rack on top of it.
- Toss your wing sections with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Line them on the baking rack and spray with the avocado oil.
- Bake in the pre-heated oven for 30-45 minutes flipping halfway through. Internal temp should be 165′.
- Once they are done baking, broil for an additional 3-4 minutes to help crisp them up even more. Be careful not to burn.
- Once wings are nice and crispy, toss them in the Paleo BBQ Sauce and enjoy!

- 1 cup Paleo BBQ Sauce
