Easy Baked Paleo BBQ Chicken Wings

These Paleo BBQ Chicken Wings are baked to crispy perfection and then tossed in my delicious Paleo Sweet & Tangy BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wing Sections
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Paleo BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • Pre-heat your oven to 425' and line your baking sheet with foil
    Then set the baking rack on top of it
  • Toss your wing sections with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Line them on the baking rack and spray with the avocado oil
    Bake in the pre-heated oven for 30-45 minutes flipping halfway through. Internal temp should be 165'
  • Once they are done baking, broil for an additional 3-4 minutes to help crisp them up even more. Be careful not to burn.
    Once wings are nice and crispy, toss them in 1/2 cup Paleo BBQ Sauce, adding more sauce as desired or served on the side for dipping
    Then enjoy!
