2lbsChicken Wing Sections
1tspSalt
1/4tspPepper
1/2tspGarlic Powder
1/2tspPaprika
1cupPaleo BBQ Sauce
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 425' and line your baking sheet with foilThen set the baking rack on top of it
Toss your wing sections with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Line them on the baking rack and spray with the avocado oilBake in the pre-heated oven for 30-45 minutes flipping halfway through. Internal temp should be 165'
Once they are done baking, broil for an additional 3-4 minutes to help crisp them up even more. Be careful not to burn.Once wings are nice and crispy, toss them in 1/2 cup Paleo BBQ Sauce, adding more sauce as desired or served on the side for dippingThen enjoy!
