You can make a lot of these at home, but for the store-bought snack options, I love to shop at Thrive Market. Thrive makes it so easy to shop by category. So you can search for keto, paleo, gluten free etc. And I love that it gets delivered right to my front door! You can also get most of them at any major grocery store chains.
Now that I have learned to make hardboiled eggs in the Instant Pot, I will never go back. They come out perfect every time and are so easy to peel! I love having them on hand for a keto snack or quick breakfast option.
Salty and sweet is my jam, so this snack is perfect for me. I love to buy roasted & salted almonds and combine them with some Lily’s dark chocolate chips. SO GOOD. I just make sure to measure out a small amount so I don’t end up eating too much.
You will almost always be able find Chomps meat sticks in my purse. They are the perfect snack for both me and the kids. They are also Whole30 compliant!
You cannot go wrong with veggies and ranch. I love cucumbers with Tessemae’s Ranch. Not all veggies are low carb or keto. I try to stick with cucumbers, bell peppers, and broccoli.
Most fruits are not keto or low carb, but I miss eating it. Berries are the best low carb fruit and they help satisfy those sweet cravings. Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries are great options.
Avocado wrapped in salami or turkey is a go-to clean keto snack for me. It is so yummy and is a great way to get in some healthy fats.
My Keto Double Chocolate Chip Cookies are one of my favorite sweet treats. My sister and brother in law made them 3 times in one week because they love them so much!
Pork rinds are a great option for when you need a crunchy, salty snack! I actually like to use them as a base for nachos or dip them in guacamole.
A spoonful of this walnut butter is so decadent and satisfying. I love it on its own or with a few Lily’s chocolate chips on top.
Coconut chips are another great keto snack option! I love having these in my purse when I need something crunchy.
I’ll be honest here. I do not like olives at all. BUT my husband is doing clean keto with me and he loves these as a snack option, so I thought I would include them for you other weirdos who love them too 😉
