As I continue on my journey to lose over 100 pounds, I have found that meal planning is vital. Clean keto has been something that has worked well for me in the past and makes me feel my best, so I am going to be doing weekly meal plans based around what I am eating. You can print off the meal plan calendar and grocery shopping list template to make things easier for you!
What is clean keto? Well, when I first started keto, I ate a lot of processed meats, cheeses and low carb protein bars & shakes. ‘Clean keto’ is focused around healthy, real foods that nourish my body and help me stay in ketosis. I choose not to track my macros, but pay attention to how my body feels and if I am losing weight. Then I adjust my meal plan accordingly.

Here is the meal plan day by day with clickable links to recipes. The printouts are at the end of the post! (Almost every meal in this meal plan is Whole30 compliant or easily customized to be)
Monday
- Eggs, Bacon & Broccolini with Collagen Coffee
- Hot Dogs with Low Carb Veggies (I love using Teton Waters Ranch hot dogs & sausages)
- IP Pork Tenderloin with Cauliflower Mash
Tuesday
- Bacon & Asparagus Bundles with Eggs with Collagen Coffee
- Leftover Pork & Cauliflower Mash
- Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs with Roasted Radishes & Brussels
Wednesday
- Eggs, Bacon & Broccolini with Collagen Coffee
- Hot Dogs with Veggies
- Easy Whole30 Taco Bowls
Thursday
- Bacon & Asparagus Bundles with Eggs with Collagen Coffee
- Leftover Taco Bowls
- Easy Shrimp Stir-Fry
Friday
- Eggs, Bacon & Broccolini with Collagen Coffee
- Keto Snack Plate (I do salami, organic raw cheese, berries, and green veggies with ranch)
- BLT Wraps – Wrap bacon, tomato and avocado in lettuce and top with ranch
Saturday
- Bacon & Asparagus Bundles with Eggs and Collagen Coffee
- Leftover BLT Wraps
- Fish & Veggies ( I buy Tilapia at Sam’s Club and season with my spice rub and roast some veggies to go with it)
Sunday
- Scrambled Eggs with Salsa and Collagen Coffee
- Keto Snack Plate (I do salami, organic raw cheese, berries, and green veggies with ranch)
- Pork Chops with Mushroom Leek Cream Sauce & Green Beans
I kept this meal plan simple to make things easier and more affordable. It is also easy to customize to your liking. I didn’t add in snacks, because I am trying to limit these, but I am working on a list of my favorite low carb snacks to share with you. If I want a sweet treat, I try to stick to berries, but I also LOVE my Keto Double Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Our family needs to be Gluten free, dairy free and soy free and it has not been easy for me to come up with meals. How are hotdogs clean keto?
They can absolutely be clean keto depending on the brand you use. I love Teton Waters Ranch for a good quality, clean hot dog.
