Easy Whole30 Taco Bowls
These Whole30 taco bowls are one of my favorite quick and easy meals to make. They are packed with flavor and the whole family loves them because they can build them the way they want. Use my cilantro lime cauliflower rice for the perfect healthy base and you have a complete Whole30 meal!
One of the things that I love most about this recipe is that the main protein is so easy to make. I use ground beef, but you can use the ground meat of your preference (ground turkey is a great option). I add lots of flavor to the ground beef to keep it far from boring! Fresh onions, peppers and homemade taco seasoning bring these Whole30 taco bowls to life.
To add some more substance to the taco bowl, I add some of my Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice. It is so light and delicious and really makes this a full meal. When I am not doing a round of Whole30, I also love to make white rice in my rice cooker (so easy!). I always put out a whole variety of fresh toppings for the family to load on top of their taco bowls. Here are some of our favorites…
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Cilantro
- Sliced Radish
- Jalapeno Slices
- Limes
- Red Onion
