Easy Whole30 Taco Bowls

These Whole30 taco bowls are one of my favorite quick and easy meals to make. Fresh onions, peppers and homemade taco seasoning bring these bowls to life!

Ingredients

Taco Beef

  • 1 Tbls Avocado Oil
  • 1.5 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Yellow Onion diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper seeded & diced
  • 1 Jalapeno sliced (optional)
  • 1 Tbls Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbls Tomato Paste

Topping Ideas

  • Red Onion
  • Jalapeno
  • Limes
  • Cilantro
  • Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Sliced Radishes

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat and add in the ground beef. Cook for 3 minutes while breaking the meat up
    Add in the onions and the peppers and cook for another 3-5 minutes, meat should be mostly cooked through and onions and peppers should be slightly softened
    Add in the tomato paste and seasonings, stir into the meat and let finsih cooking (3-5 minutes) then remove from heat
  • Serve with Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice and toppings of choice
