1/2cupYellow Oniondiced
1Green Bell Pepperseeded & diced
1Jalapeno sliced (optional)

Instructions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat and add in the ground beef. Cook for 3 minutes while breaking the meat up Add in the onions and the peppers and cook for another 3-5 minutes, meat should be mostly cooked through and onions and peppers should be slightly softenedAdd in the tomato paste and seasonings, stir into the meat and let finsih cooking (3-5 minutes) then remove from heat
Serve with Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice and toppings of choice
