This Air Fryer Asparagus is the perfect healthy and delicious side dish. It is so quick and easy but has so much flavor. Pair it with your favorite protein for a low carb meal.

I love that you can use the air fryer to make a quick veggie side in no time at all. It has been so helpful to me on my health journey. This asparagus is so easy and has the perfect roasted flavor. I love to pair it with my Air Fryer Blackened Salmon, Air Fryer Chicken Breast or Greek Marinated Chicken.

What You Need:

  • Asparagus
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • Salt & Pepper

Let’s Make Air Fryer Asparagus:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390’F
  2. Trim the ends off of the asparagus, about 1/2 an inch and place in the air fryer basket
  3. Spray with Avocado Oil Spray and season with salt and pepper – toss to coat
  4. Cook at 390’F for 7-9 minutes
