Ingredients

  • 1 lb Asparagus Spears
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390'F
    Trim the ends off of the asparagus, about 1/2 an inch and place in the air fryer basket
    Spray with Avocado Oil Spray and season with salt and pepper - toss to coat
    Cook at 390'F for 7-9 minutes (depending on your preference)
