I love that you can use the air fryer to make a quick veggie side in no time at all. It has been so helpful to me on my health journey. This asparagus is so easy and has the perfect roasted flavor. I love to pair it with my Air Fryer Blackened Salmon, Air Fryer Chicken Breast or Greek Marinated Chicken.
What You Need:
- Asparagus
- Avocado Oil Spray
- Salt & Pepper

Let’s Make Air Fryer Asparagus:
- Preheat the air fryer to 390’F
- Trim the ends off of the asparagus, about 1/2 an inch and place in the air fryer basket
- Spray with Avocado Oil Spray and season with salt and pepper – toss to coat
- Cook at 390’F for 7-9 minutes
