Recipe Notes
Tips for Extra Crispy Skin
- Pat your wings dry with paper towels before seasoning them. This helps get rid of any extra moisture so the skin can get nice and crispy!
- Lay them in one even layer in the air fryer basket. You will have to make them in batches, but trust me, you get the best result this way.
- Cook at a higher heat for the last few minutes for the ultimate crispiness.
Reheating Leftovers
Wings are the best when enjoyed the same day, but if you have leftovers, just reheat in the air fryer! A few minutes at 380’F will heat them through and give you the best result.
Sauce
If you don’t want to do the homemade sauce, you can follow the recipe as is and then toss in your favorite premade sauce. I like to make a big batch and then coat half of them in BBQ sauce for my kiddos.
