Easy Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes

These Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes are the perfect side dish for any meal. They are crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle. You will love how easy these are and you don’t even have to heat up the oven!

What You Need:

  • Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • Avocado Oil – can also use olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Italian Seasoning – I love the Primal Palate Amore Blend
  • Parsley

Let’s Make Air Fryer Potatoes:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380’F
  2. Cube your potatoes trying to keep them a similar size to help them cook evenly. Then add them to a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the oil in the bowl with the potatoes along with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning and toss to combine.
  4. Pour the potatoes into the air fryer basket and cook for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Be sure to toss the potatoes in the basket halfway through to make sure they crisp evenly.
  6. When done, add more salt as needed and top with parsley and serve.
