Cranberry Ginger Fizz Mocktail
A light and refreshing summer mocktail that is perfect for a day by the pool. It has a kick of ginger and lime with a splash of cranberry juice. It is one you are sure to love.

We got to sit down in a restaurant for the first time in like 4 months (thanks to the current global pandemic) and it was so nice. I decided to order a mocktail (because #pregnancy) and it was so refreshing! I just had to recreate it for all of you. This cranberry ginger fizz is so good and only calls for 3 ingredients!

What You Need:
- Ginger Beer – this is not actually beer. It is a sweet and spicy ginger drink (like a soda) that is commonly used when making Moscow Mules. You can find it in most grocery stores and liquor stores. ( I usually find it by the mixers)
- Cranberry Juice – I use unsweetened for this recipe because the ginger beer is sweet, but if you prefer things on the sweeter side, you can use regular sweetened juice.
- Lime Juice – I used fresh squeezed lime juice for this recipe

How To Make This Mocktail:
- Fill your cocktail glass with ice and pour the ginger beer to about 3/4 of the way full
- Top the glass off with your cranberry juice (about 2 oz) and a squeeze of lime.
- Stir, top with a lime wedge and enjoy!

I made one this evening and it was so refreshing. I used Simply Cranberry Juice, Vernors Ginger Ale and a fresh lime, absolutely delicious and a real treat! No alcohol needed!
