I love spaghetti squash, it is such a delicious base for any meal. I used to always roast it in the oven but then I tried it in my Instant Pot and it was amazing! It cooks so quickly and has the perfect texture. You can put a whole squash in (depending on the size) or cut it in half. I have tried it both ways and it comes out perfectly either way.

For a Whole Squash:
- Pour 1 cup of water in the base of the Instant Pot and then place the metal trivet in the bottom
- Pierce the squash with a sharp knife, two-three slits
- Place the whole squash on top of the trivet, close the lid and seal the steam valve
- Set to manual pressure and time for 20 minutes
- When the timer goes off, quick release the steam, remove the squash and cut in half. Remove the seeds and shred squash with a fork

Cutting the Squash:
- Pour 1 cup of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot and place the metal trivet in the bottom
- Cut the squash in half using a sharp knife and remove the seeds
- Place both halves of the squash on the metal trivet, close the lid and seal the steam valve
- Set to manual pressure and time for 7 minutes
- When the timer goes off, quick release the steam and remove the squash. Shred squash with a fork
