How to Make Spaghetti Squash in the Instant Pot
Perfectly cooked spaghetti squash in the Instant Pot

- 1 cup Water
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
Whole Squash
Pour 1 cup of water in the Instant Pot and place the metal trivet in the bottom
Pierce the squash with a sharp knife 2-3 times and place the whole squash on the trivet
Close the lid and seal the steam valve. Set to manual pressure and time for 20 minutes
When timer goes off, do a quick release and remove the squash from the Instant Pot. Cut in half and remove the seeds. Shred squash with a fork

Pour 1 cup of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot and place the metal trivet in the bottom
Cut the squash in half using a sharp knife and remove the seeds. Place the squash halves on the metal trivet
Close the lid, seal the steam valve. Set to manual pressure and time for 7 minutes
When timer goes off, do a quick release and remove the squash from the Instant Pot. Shred squash with a fork
