Ingredients
12EggsHard-Boiled
1/2cupMayo
1TblsDijon Mustard
1tspWhite Vinegar
1/2tspSalt
1/4tspPepper
1tspPaprika
Instructions
Slice the hardboiled eggs length wise and place the yolks into a mixing bowl
Add the mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix together until nice and creamy
Spoon a small amout of the mixture (about a tsp) into each egg halve until all of them are filledLet chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before serving
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish of choice*
