Ingredients

  • 12 Eggs Hard-Boiled
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1 Tbls Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  • Slice the hardboiled eggs length wise and place the yolks into a mixing bowl
  • Add the mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix together until nice and creamy
  • Spoon a small amout of the mixture (about a tsp) into each egg halve until all of them are filled
    Let chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before serving
  • Sprinkle with paprika and garnish of choice*
