Wash and dry your sweet peppers and slice them in half lengthwise. Pull out the ribs and seedsPlace the peppers on the baking sheet and spray with avocado oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 10 minutesThis is just to soften the peppers slightly, but you still want them to have some bite to them
While the peppers are baking, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat on the stovetop and cook your ground beef with 2-3 Tbls of taco seasoning until completely cooked through
When the peppers are done, top with the ground beef, cilantro, jalapeños and sliced limes Serve the sauce on the side for dipping!
