This spiced steak salad will change how you view salads forever. The spice mixture on the steak is loaded with flavor and pairs perfectly with the refreshing coleslaw.
Combine the slaw mix, mayo, hot sauce, vinegar and a pinch of salt in a bowl and let sit in the fridge while you cook the steak
Spiced Steak
Place steak on a cutting board and trim any excess fat. Mix the seasonings in a small bowl and then completely coat the steak with the mixture
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat. Once the skillet is nice and hot, cook the steak on both sides for 3-5 minutes (or to preferred doneness)
