In a large bowl, add in the ground turkey, 1/4 cup of hot sauce, 1/4 cup of ranch, dill and green onions. Use hands to mix, but don't over-mix. Divide the mixture into 4 equal patties and season the top with salt and pepper
Heat 2Tbls of oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Once the skillet is hot, add the patties. Cook for 7-10 minutes on each side or until full cooked through (since it is turkey, you don't want them to be rare at all)
Mix the remaining hot sauce and ranch in a small bowl. Serve the burgers in a lettuce wrap with toppings of choice and buffalo ranch sauce
