1/2cupWhole Milkor milk of choice
1tspSalt
1/4tspPepper
1lbTurkey Bacon
1cupSpinachchopped
3/4cupWhite Cheddar Cheeseshredded

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350'F and line your muffin tin with silicone liners and spray with avocado oil spray
Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with avocado oil sprayCut the turkey bacon into bite sized pieces and cook in the skillet until crisped and cooked through, then set aside
Add your eggs, milk, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and fully combined
Place 1 Tbls of the cooked turkey bacon and 1 Tbls of the shredded cheese in the bottom of each tin along with about 1 Tbls of the chopped spinach
Pour the egg mixture into each tin about 3/4 of the way full
Add a little more cheese and turkey bacon to the top and bake for 18-20 minutes, until the center is just set Let cool and enjoy or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days
Notes
Tips
I used whole milk for added flavor and creaminess, you can lower the fat content by using a skim milk or your preference. It will still be super yummy!
I used turkey bacon but you can use regular bacon or even chopped Canadian bacon
The white cheddar has great sharp flavor and creaminess, but feel free to switch it up with your favorite cheese (mozzarella will lower the fat)
