3TblsChicken Spice Rub
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400'
Trim any excess skin off of the chicken and pat dry with a paper towelAdd the chicken to a bowl with the oil and seasoning, toss to coat (I use my sugar-free chicken spice rub)Place the chicken on the rack over the baking sheet (skin side up) - sprinkle extra seasoning on top if needs itBake for 45-60 minutes (time depends on the size of the thighs - internal temp should be 165'F)
Once chicken is cooked through, brush with juices from the pan and enjoy!
