These Spicy Pork Lettuce Cups are my healthier take on one of my favorite Asian inspired restaurant dishes. They are super simple to make but have so much flavor.
Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the pork until mostly cooked through Add in the onion, cabbage and carrots and sauté for 3 minutes to start to soften the veggies
Mix the coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar, ginger, crushed red pepper flakes and garlic together and pour into the meat mixture, cook for another 5 minutes and remove from heat Season to taste
Use the Bibb lettuce to make cups and place some of the mixture in each one. Top with sliced jalapeno, sesame seeds and green onions
Dipping Sauce
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and serve alongside wraps
