Ingredients

  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 tsp Simple Syrup
  • 4 oz Grapefruit Sparkling Water
  • 1 Tbls Tajin Seasoning

Instructions

  • Pour the Tajin seasoning on a small plate. Use a slice of grapefruit and rub the rim of the glass, then dip the glass into the Tajin seasoning
  • Add the simple syrup (recipe in notes) and grapefruit juice to a glass and stir to combine
Add ice to the glass and then top with the grapefruit sparkling water
Stir and add grapefruit slice as garnish

Notes

To make simple syrup:
Add one cup of sugar and one cup of water to a small saucepan
Turn heat to medium/low and stir until the sugar is completely melted, do not let it boil or simmer
Remove from heat, let cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge
Tips:
I love this recipe because you can customize it to your preferences. I like mine a little sweeter than my husband does, so I add more simple syrup to mine. Taste and adjust as needed, you can be flexible with it.
To make this a cocktail - you can add a shot of your favorite clear liquor, like vodka or tequila.
