- 1 bunch Broccolini Mann's
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- 4 Eggs soft boiled
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Snap Pea and Mint Salad
- 1 cup Snap Peas Mann's
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1/4 cup Mint fresh
- 1 Green Apple thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgen Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Slaw Salad with Candied Pecans
- 1 bag Cole Slaw Mix Mann's
- 1 Green Apple
- 1/2 cup Candied Pecans chopped
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries

In a large bowl add the arugula, snap peas, mint and sliced apple
In a small bowl mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper together until well combined and pour over the salad. Toss to combine
