- 16 oz Protein Pasta I use Barilla
- 2 cups Grilled Chicken chopped
- 8 oz Feta Cheese cubed
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper diced
- 1 pint Grape Tomatoes halved
- 1 English Cucumber chopped
- 3 Tbls Chives chopped
- 1 cup Greek Dressing* I use Primal Kitchen
- Salt & Pepper
Cook pasta according to the package and drain - let cool
Add the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, chicken, feta cheese and dressing to the cooked and cooled pasta in a large bowl
Toss with chives and salt and pepper to taste
Serve and enjoy!
- can use pasta of choice
- if you can't find Greek dressing, Italian dressing would also be great with this dish
- you can add more dressing to your preference
