Heat avocado and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add in the onion and sauté until slightly softened, 1-2 minutesAdd in the ground pork and break up with the spatula, sauté until mostly cooked through (about 5 minutes)
Add in the garlic, ginger, salt and pepper flakes. Stir and cook for about 1-2 minutes
Next add in the cole slaw mix, coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar, and fish sauce and cook until the mix has softened slightly (you still want a little crunch with the veggies) About 5-7 minutesRemove from heat
In small bowl, combine the mayo, lime juice, rice wine vinegar, coconut aminos and hot sauce
Serve up in a bowl, drizzle with some of the sauce and top with the chopped green onion and sesame seeds
