1TblsAvocado Oil
2lbsFresh Chicken Wingssplit
2TblsLemon Pepper Seasoning salt-free
1/2tspSalt
1Lemonzested & juiced
2TblsFresh Parsley
2TblsGhee
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425'
In a large bowl, toss the wings with avocado oil and lemon pepper seasoning and salt. Spread out on a parchement lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes turning halfway through
Turn the oven to broil on high and broil for 5 minutes and then flip, broil another 5-10 minutes or until chicken is nice and brown and crispy on the outside
When the wings are done baking, set aside and melt the ghee in a small sauce pan over low heat and stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice and parsley
Add the cooked wings into a large bowl and toss with the melted ghee mixture. Enjoy right away
