Ingredients
2NY Strip Steaksabout 1 lb each and 1 inch thick
1TblsAvocado Oilor olive oil
1tspKosher Salt
1/4tspBlack Pepper
Garlic Herb Butter
4TblsUnsalted Buttersoftened
1TblsFresh Parsleychopped
1TblsFresh Rosemary minced
1cloveGarlicminced
1/8tspKosher Salt
Instructions
Place the softened butter in a small bowl and add in the herbs, garlic and salt. Mix together until well combined and let sit in the fridge while the steaks are cooking
Preheat air fryer to 400'F for 5 minutes Rub room temperature steaks with the oil and salt and pepperOnce the air fryer is preheated, place the steak in the basket and set timer for 8* minutes, flip steak halfway through Once it is done, remove from the air fryer basket and let it rest for 10 minutesTop it with the herb butter and enjoy!

*The cook time will depend on the thickness of the steak and how you like it to be cooked. Mine was medium rare at 7-8 minutes. Steak - I get my steaks (all my meat) from ButcherBox. It is the BEST meat and it gets delivered right to my front door! I used NY Strip for this recipe and it turned out so well.
