1tspGarlic Powder
1tspOnion Powder
1tspFennel Seed

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400' and line one large or two small baking sheets with parchment paper
Add the ground pork and all the seasonings into a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to fully incorporate the seasonings into the porkUse small ice cream scoop to scoop out mixture and use hands to form into balls. Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until completely cooked through
