Pre-heat the oven to 400'F
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and then line the bacon on the parchment paper
Set the timer for 15 minutes and check to see if it is cooked to your preference. Can take up to 20-22 minutes for crispier bacon Baking time will vary on the cut of the bacon and your preferences. I find that 17 minutes is the sweet spot for thicker cut bacon that is both crispy and still a little chewy
Place the cooked bacon on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb and excess grease, then enjoy!Strain the bacon grease through a coffee filter and save in a glass jar with a lid in the fridge
