  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 Gala Apple diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Fresh Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel Seed
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes optional

  • Preheat the oven to 400' and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Add all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and ue your hands to combine well. Then use an ice cream scoop or spoon to scoop mixture into your hands and roll into meatballs
  • Place the meatballs onto the lined baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes. You want the pork to be completely cooked through, but you don't want to over bake or they could dry out
  • Take the pan out of the oven when done, let cool slightly before serving. Let them cool completely if you are storing them in the fridge. Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days in the fridge

*Can store in the freezer in a sealed bag or container for 2-3 months
