Ingredients

  • 1 Sheet Pan
  • 1 sheet Parchment Paper
  • 7 strips Bacon

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 400'F
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and then line the bacon on the parchment paper
  • Set the timer for 15 minutes and check to see if it is cooked to your preference. Can take up to 20-22 minutes for crispier bacon
    Baking time will vary on the cut of the bacon and your preferences. I find that 17 minutes is the sweet spot for thicker cut bacon that is both crispy and still a little chewy
  • Place the cooked bacon on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb and excess grease, then enjoy!
    Strain the bacon grease through a coffee filter and save in a glass jar with a lid in the fridge
