Beet, Carrot, and Ginger Juice
4Large Beetspeeled and quartered
5Carrotswashed (peeled if not organic)
2Green Appleswashed and quartered
1Small Knob of Gingerpeeled (about 1 Tbls)
1Lemon peeled
Green Juice
6cupsSpinach or Kalewashed
1Large Cucumberwashed

Instructions
Every juicer is going to be a little different - use yours according to the manual I prep all the produce for all 3 juices first and then do one juice at a time, cleaning in between (both beets and carrots are root vegetables and need to be cleaned well to avoid getting dirt in your juice)To peel the citrus, I use a sharp knife to cut the bottom off of one end to create a flat surface, then I slice the remaining peel off with the knife
